The Taliban Say They Control Panjshir, The Last Holdout Afghan Province

Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid issued a statement Monday, saying Panjshir was under the control of the Taliban. Experts doubted that resistance to the Taliban in Panjshir could last long-term.
