Haiti's Political Unrest And Troubled History May Slow Aid To The Earthquake Victims

Rice is distributed to residents in Les Cayes, Haiti, on Monday, two days after the earthquake.

Nonprofit groups and philanthropy experts cite the assassination last month of the president and accusations that money raised following the 2010 earthquake in Haiti never reached those in need.
