The U.S. Left An Afghan Airfield At Night Without Telling The New Commander

Blast walls and a few buildings can be seen at the Bagram air base after the American military left in Parwan province north of Kabul on Monday.

After nearly 20 years, the U.S. left Afghanistan's Bagram Airfield. The base's new Afghan commander discovered the U.S.'s departure more than two hours after they left, Afghan military officials said.
